Hello Cyndi, this is a great project to pick up for a newbie! About the PEAK - I've explained this in the 'Special Stitches' section in case you missed it. This is the part where we increase at the center to make the arrow shape. It is a combination of 3 stitches - a tfs (before the center stitch), a tks (the center stitch), a tfs (after the center stitch). I am sorry but I don't have a video for it and won't be able to provide one right now since I am in the middle of a move and I don't have the bandwidth to create one. If this is still confusing, please reach out to me at arunima@knitterknotter.com and I will be happy to help you there.

From a newbie but excited new tunisian lover! I really like the way tunisian combos with regular crochet, and consider it better than knitting.
I AM ready to take on the challenge of this awesome project.
Like a comment below, PEAK had me confused. I do go to your playlist frequently and consider it one of the best out there. So I was wondering if you would consider adding another short video of this onto it? Or maybe point me in the right direction of one already done.
ps, nearly through swatching most of the stitches on your playlist!

In reply to <a href="https://knitterknotter.com/prerna-scarf-free-tunisian-crochet-pattern/#comment-5811">Barbara Orlowski</a>.

Hello Barbara,

Thank you, I am glad you like this pattern. 'peak' refers to a special stitch combination - it is the set of increases that create the peaks in the pattern. If you search for Special stitches, you'll be able to find the instructions for it. Please let me know if you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.

In reply to <a href="https://knitterknotter.com/prerna-scarf-free-tunisian-crochet-pattern/#comment-5092">M.R. Stringer</a>.

Hello! It is always so good to hear from you. Thank you for your kind words. I really enjoy crocheting and I guess that's the reason I have been able to come up with all my designs. It makes me happy to know that you enjoy them. I try to offer my patterns for free (monetized through ads) so that they can reach a wide audience. There's always an ad-free PDF available for purchase too :)

The model is a dear friend who has modeled a bunch of my patterns for me :)

I hope all is well with you, I'd love to know what you are up to. What are you making these days?

My dear and much-admired Arunima; you are simply amazing ! :)
Your creative streak has got wider and wider, and I suspect that now it can't be called a 'streak' any more: it has filled your entire body !!!
To offer a pattern - let alone that yours are almost all free ! - that enables the maker to pick and choose .. I reckon that's REALLY clever !
Is that your sister doing the modelling ?
