You say that some sections tend to be a bit wider and recommend going down a hook size for these if uniform width is desired. Which sections are these?

Hello Cyndi, this is a great project to pick up for a newbie! About the PEAK – I’ve explained this in the ‘Special Stitches’ section in case you missed it. This is the part where we increase at the center to make the arrow shape. It is a combination of 3 stitches – a tfs (before the center stitch), a tks (the center stitch), a tfs (after the center stitch). I am sorry but I don’t have a video for it and won’t be able to provide one right now since I am in the middle of a move and I don’t have the bandwidth to create one. From a newbie but excited new tunisian lover! I really like the way tunisian combos with regular crochet, and consider it better than knitting.
I AM ready to take on the challenge of this awesome project.
Like a comment below, PEAK had me confused. I do go to your playlist frequently and consider it one of the best out there. So I was wondering if you would consider adding another short video of this onto it? Or maybe point me in the right direction of one already done.
ps, nearly through swatching most of the stitches on your playlist!

Thank you, I am glad you like this pattern. ‘peak’ refers to a special stitch combination – it is the set of increases that create the peaks in the pattern. If you search for Special stitches, you’ll be able to find the instructions for it. Please let me know if you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.

Your creative streak has got wider and wider, and I suspect that now it can’t be called a ‘streak’ any more: it has filled your entire body !!!
To offer a pattern – let alone that yours are almost all free ! – that enables the maker to pick and choose .. I reckon that’s REALLY clever !
