A beginner’s Guide to Tunisian Mosaic Crochet

Photo Tutorial
Tunisian Simple Stitch
Step 1: Identify the front vertical bar of the next stitch.
Step 2: Pick up the vertical bar identifed in Step 1.
Step 3: Yarn over.
Step 4: Pull through. This completes a Tunisian Simple Stitch.
Front Post Extended Simple Stitch
Step 1: Identify the two vertical bars of the next stitch 2 rows below.
Step 2: Pick up the vertical bars identified in Step 1 – make sure you pick them up from above the return pass chain.
Step 3: Yarn over.
Step 4: Pull through both vertical bars.
Step 5: Chain 1. This completes one Front Post Extended Tunisian Simple Stitch.

Today I started with cal 2023.
I love this pattern.
But where can I see the charts?
Couldn’t find them.
i have never tried this before. But now I want to – it does look easy. But how do you cast on? I want to get started!
@Liz, crochet a chain as long as you want. Then flip it over and draw a loop through each back bump, leaving the loop on the hook. At the end, you draw through each loop with a yarn over and going through 2 loops
